So the girls agreed to go to Belcarra Park to have our Bible study. It was a chance to be in the nature since the weather was good. But John looked at the map and thought the park was small and it could fill up soon. So we changed our plan to go to Buntzen lake. We arrived closed to noon.
It was filled with people already. We barely found a little shaded place in the back and had lunch.
Then we went out to look at the beach. The water was clean and warm.

We headed back to have our study. It was such a good study of the gospel of John, the first half of chapter 3 - Jesus gave N. the chance to response to him. I explained that the Bible is not just a fiction or history book. If we do not respond to Jesus invitation, we could spend the rest of our
lives reading it and not understanding it. It is because his world is so different from ours, there is no way we can comprehend if his spirit is not in us to help us to know his mind.

Afterwards, we played Chinese checker. It was L's first time and she was hooked. Then the girls soaked their feet in the water. On the way home, we dropped by Belcarra to see what it is like.
The situation was a lot better there than Buntzen Lake. It is more spread out with a centre field
for sport. Lots of water activities. That is where I would go the next time.

Then we went to a Iranian resturant for dinner. The food was good and the serving was big.
We were all happy that we would not have to cook the next day.
