Astound Finding - Honey crystals made by bees replacing sugar. So by now everyone (almost) learn that white sugar is bad for one's health. Honey becomes almost like liquid gold to be sought after in food store. However, real honey is darn expensive. A person with modest income will have to think twice before he purchases a jar of it. I stumbled upon this honey crystal accidentally as my friend who introduced it to me in the store said, the bigger bag ( may be a kg.) is even cheaper, something under $10. It can't be real I thought. Where do we find all the bees to make this. What is the hoax behind? One third of the bee population has disappeared from planet earth in the last few years. I watched a documentery, the condition in China concerning the bees are so severe that they hire human bees to cross pollinate fruit tree bloosoms by hand paintakingly.

To replace bees by human labor is extremely expensive and slow. It is predicted lots of farms will be in debt and will be forced to give up growing things that harness the effort of the bees.
Things like broccali or strawberries will be very rare. Things that depend on wind pollination (like corn) will probably take over. (This is already the case, as gasoline price soars).
The humugous fires in California in recent years makes the bee crisis worst. In the past, bees die seasonally. Winter can kill 15 - 20% of the bees. Now it happens all year round.
In the past, bees dies progressively according to the bee generation. Now, it happens suddenly.
Millions of bees vanished in one day. Traditionally, 'disorder' is related to certain diseases or symptoms . Now it is collapse, unrestorable. The reason is unknown. One can only make hypothesis - may be it is caused by diseases, may be caused by parasites, or global warming, or farming chemicals or the electromagnetical fields of the cell phones interfere the bees'sense of direction, therefore they can't find their way home.

Larvae are feed with corn syrup mixed with antibiotic which is not their natural food). Though the mature bees are bigger in size and are expected to work all year round, many are overworked and died. Those which came back to the hives are laiden with five or six different diseases.
A colony of work bees are the off springs of the same queen bee. They are hard workers by nature, their callings are to find food, to keep the hive clean, to be caretakers of the larvae. Leaving the hive is not one of them. It is the 'greed' of men who work against the nature of the bees that causes the crisis. Just like feeding the vegitarian cows with animal protein causes 'mad cow disease' is another example of working against nature. This is a warning from our creator.
