The West African Drumming class at the Childcare Conference was awesome. Never had so much fun at any similar events. May be it was contagious after watching the African Children's Choir. I couldn't wait to lay my hand on one of those drums. I got my wish. For two hours, we beat them and beat them. Couldn't believe I was actually making music and dancing too. So spontenous and fun. Picked up two small ones for my school. Not cheap. Will buy a bigger one for myself in the future. Jared took them drums to his friends's jam session to try out. Said he had a lot of fun too.
