Ready or not, here they come! Seeing their eager and happy faces, yes. I am so glad they are here. This year, I have no one crying for their mom. What a nice change. The children are easy and pleasant to work with and we get on quite readily.

Two weeks into school. I had to host the BCMA board meeting. They ended up staying for almost 5 hours, got lots done. So glad I could be of service. Really look forward to the conference now. Hope lots of vendors show up. Interestingly, they spent the last hour talking about relationship and spiritual expression. I sat and listen and did not say much, it is good to know what they are thinking and now I can pray for them.

Two planning meeting for Chinese Alpha this week, how exciting! Hard to imagine it is going to happen next week. Lots to do and pray about yet. A bit disappointed about the allocation of rooms at the church. Hey, if we can experience the work of God to change lives, what does it matter where it is.

One week into school, the workcrew of Delta Cooperation is here to work on the new sidewalk.
I feel sorry most for Barbara, lots of her beautifying work with garden and plant for the street has been dug up, her front lawn is a big mess with a big chunk cut away. Instead of complaing about the two ugly corners with gravels and and different height of utility outlets, people complained about the stones she put there. Keeping the street pleasing to her eyes is a great part of her life. It must be heart wrenching for her. I notice she has been smoking quite a bit more. The Bible says, "Do not trust in the work of your hands. They are here to-day but gone tomorrow". How true. Life is fleeting. Too short to leave behind any footprint. Someone next in line can't wait to bring about changes that we made. Nothing really remain except the work that we do for God.
