The last three weeks had gone past like a blurr. In between spring cleaning ( cleaning that should be done in spring), painting, (more like touch up and hiding the blemishes) renovation (Ah....... finally I can lay my eyes on the base boards without thinking to myself......yuck!) , endless meeting at Barb for the sidewalk issue, hours of work for the BCMA conference, coping with the news of Alice's passing, Jo came back from Korea - I am glad to see her but I think she misses the food more than she misses us. Well, that is easy to make up, as long as one has money in the pocket.

Last two days before school start, I was working 16 hours a day between the classroom, the yard and the computer. Do I really feel like seeing the children? The feeling was not there yet.
I wish I have another month.
